Sometimes grading is the LAST thing I want to do! Anyone else??? And how dangerous is it to Netflix and Grade? I get so distracted?!? In order to get myself a little more motivated to grade #allthethings I decided it was time to put together a grading caddy. I swear Target inspires so many of my ideas. I stumbled upon these colorful caddies in the Target Dollar Spot. I thought it would be perfect to fill up with all the things a teacher would need to grade. This would make a great teacher gift as well!
So you may be wondering, what's in the caddy???
I couldn't leave out my trusty E-Z Grader! And what teacher doesn't like a fresh pack of sticky notes. Sometimes I jot notes for my kids that I don't necessarily want to permanently mark on their paper, so I made some emoji note cards that say "a note from the teacher." I tossed in a cute gold notebook, so I can write down any notes for myself for future assessments, students to pull small group, etc. Last, I added some colorful, thin tipped markers for grading and a treat. You can download the label and notes for free in my TPT store HERE.
Do you need motivation to grade papers? What do you like to have nearby when grading papers? I'm happily accepting all tips and tricks below in the comments :)
